1) Fill out Google Form Above: AWMA Enrollment Form (Required)

How to fill it out:
– Open in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) — not in a browser or Acrobat Pro.

– Type into the blank fields.

– Save (File → Save/Save As) and upload into the Google Form (or email back to: tristatewdc@gmail.com)

– Alt method: File → Print → Save as PDF (creates a flattened copy).

2) Entry Fee Payment (Required)

  • Pay via Venmo: @Shelby-Hunt-427 (Shelby Hunt)

  • Include in the payment note: Handler name, dog’s call name, class (BH/IGP1/2/3).

  • You can also scan the QR code below to pay.

                                                     

3) Event Check-In & Signature

We’ll have your form printed and ready for signature at check-in on trial morning.

4) Schedule (Subject to Update)

  • Tracking Check-In: 7:00am (254 Putnam road Pomfret center 06259) Arrive no earlier than 7:00AM
  • Tracking Begins: 7:30am
  • Check-in & Chip Check: 10:00AM (576 Hampton Road, Pomfret Center, CT)
  • BH Tests: 11:00AM
  • IGP’s begin: 1:15 PM

    A final running order and times will be emailed/posted 48–72 hours prior.

5) What to Bring (as applicable)

  • Government ID, AWMA membership/proof

  • Scorebook(s) and dog registration/titles (if applicable)

  • Shade/seat, weather-appropriate gear

6) Site & Safety

  • Dogs on leash unless entering the field.

  • Pick up after your dog.

  • Follow parking/staging directions on site.

  • Weather: Trial proceeds rain or shine unless safety is impacted.

  • Withdrawals & Refunds

    • Entry fees are non-refundable.

    • Exception: If a handler or dog injury/illness prevents participation, a refund minus a $15 admin fee may be issued only with a dated doctor’s or veterinarian’s note stating the participant cannot compete on Sept 27, 2025.

    • Deadline to request: Email tristatewdc@gmail.com by 12:00 PM ET, Thursday, September 25, 2025 with your note attached and your entry details (handler name, dog’s call name, class).

    • No-shows, schedule conflicts, training issues, or disqualification are not eligible for refunds.

    • Transfers: You may transfer your entry to another eligible team up to 48 hours prior with club approval (email us).

    • We respect privacy—your note only needs to confirm inability to participate (no diagnosis required).
